THE DORDOGNE-AQUITAINE
"Le Cro-Magnon is located on an 18 hectares plateau, 100m above the Dordogne. From the "viewpoint" there is a wonderful panoramic view over its valley, from Beynac to Saint-Cyprien. The Dordogne, one of the longest rivers in France, may well also be the most beautiful. The chateaux and architectural marvels lining its banks, and the beauty of the countryside through which it flows, make its valley a veritable tourist paradise.
